研究方向
一、大氣環(huán)境與應(yīng)對氣候變化
在大氣污染形成機(jī)制、臭氧/VOCs/顆粒物減排特征和削減機(jī)理、源解析、污染源高精度動(dòng)態(tài)排放清單、重污染應(yīng)急等方面具有很好的工作積累; 曾參與2016年杭州G20峰會(huì)、2018年上合組織青島峰會(huì)、2018-2021年連續(xù)4年中國進(jìn)博會(huì)空氣質(zhì)量保障,參與京津冀及其周邊“2+26”城空氣質(zhì)量保障; 團(tuán)隊(duì)成員駐點(diǎn)十余個(gè)地級市生態(tài)局,深度參與當(dāng)?shù)卣乃{(lán)天保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn),為當(dāng)?shù)豍M2.5、PM10、揚(yáng)塵、臭氧的改善提供精準(zhǔn)的科學(xué)策略,為多個(gè)城市制定了大氣污染應(yīng)急措施方案,負(fù)責(zé)駐點(diǎn)過的地級市空氣質(zhì)量排名得到明顯改善。在碳核查、碳達(dá)峰、碳污協(xié)同減排、應(yīng)對氣候變化領(lǐng)域具有一定的工作基礎(chǔ),負(fù)責(zé)編制多個(gè)城市高精度溫室氣體排放清單,參與了多個(gè)省(直轄市)碳核查工作,參與了多個(gè)城市碳監(jiān)測方案的編制,開發(fā)出具有知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的碳中和技術(shù)和工藝。
二、新污染物管理與環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
在新污染物環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查、環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估方法、典型新污染物排放清單核算、監(jiān)測方法、管控措施等方面具有一定的工作基礎(chǔ),曾在日本國立水俁病研究所WHO合作中心高級訪問,發(fā)表新污染物復(fù)合暴露風(fēng)險(xiǎn)文章20余篇。
三、園區(qū)智慧環(huán)保與基于大數(shù)據(jù)非現(xiàn)場監(jiān)管
在園區(qū)異味溯源、區(qū)域風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、復(fù)合污染過程及其復(fù)合反應(yīng)機(jī)理方面具有很好的工作積累。在園區(qū)智慧環(huán)保和大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用技術(shù)方面開展了大量工作,建立了基于大數(shù)據(jù)的在線數(shù)據(jù)審核、填充、補(bǔ)遺方法,構(gòu)建了基于大數(shù)據(jù)非現(xiàn)場監(jiān)管跟蹤技術(shù);建立了園區(qū)污染源活動(dòng)水平、排放量與環(huán)境質(zhì)量等大數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)匯聚、跟蹤和融合方法體系,并得到了應(yīng)用。
四、環(huán)境規(guī)劃與環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)急管理
在環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警、形成過程和爆發(fā)機(jī)制方面均具有很好的工作積累。為多個(gè)地方政府編制過“環(huán)保規(guī)劃”,“水、大氣、噪音環(huán)境功能區(qū)劃”,“總量減排規(guī)劃”,“節(jié)能規(guī)劃和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃”,“農(nóng)村環(huán)境綜合整治規(guī)劃”等,并通過當(dāng)?shù)卣畬徟鷪?zhí)行;為多個(gè)地方生態(tài)局建立了“環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級分區(qū)防控體系”、“環(huán)境應(yīng)急管理平臺(tái)”,并應(yīng)用于當(dāng)?shù)厝粘-h(huán)境應(yīng)急管理工作中。
五、海洋環(huán)境領(lǐng)域
在赤潮毒素快速檢測技術(shù)、海島生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、海洋疏浚物處理處置及其對傾倒區(qū)影響方面均具有工作積累,申請相關(guān)專利3項(xiàng),作為副主編出版專著3部,獲海洋獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)3項(xiàng)。
六、土壤與地下水修復(fù)領(lǐng)域
在場地風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估和修復(fù)技術(shù)方面具有一定的工作積累,作為副主編出版專著1部;曾為礦山場地、石化場地、重金屬污染場地進(jìn)行過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估和修復(fù)方案設(shè)計(jì),修復(fù)的場地均得到當(dāng)?shù)卣块T的驗(yàn)收通過。
