主持國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、重大國際合作項(xiàng)目、973項(xiàng)目和國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、中科院知識創(chuàng)新工程重要方向性項(xiàng)目、中科院戰(zhàn)略先導(dǎo)B項(xiàng)目課題等19項(xiàng)。2004年以來在Cell, Nature Communication, Environmental Health Perspectives, Environmental Sciences & Technology等重要SCI刊物發(fā)表論文210余篇,他引11000余次,H因子53。培養(yǎng)的研究生多人次先后獲中國科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀博士論文、國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、中國科學(xué)院院長優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)、朱李月華獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等。
